For all you dark chocolate purists this melt in your mouth chocolate is for you! This chocolate is rich in the extreme, one bite has you hooked.
Coconut
Anyone a coconut lover? Our newly formulated coconut chocolate is pure heaven for those die hard coconut fans! Winter is the perfect time of year for this chocolate. It is rich and stocked full of coconut in a deep dark chocolate shell. Made without dairy products, you can serve this chocolate to any guest or just enjoy it for yourself! It is pure decadence!
Hazelnut Truffle
Here in the Northwest hazelnuts are plentiful and we would be foolish not to include them in our offerings. With a melt in your mouth center and the snap of praline this chocolate is truly divine.
Mocha
Deep dark chocolate with the strong bitter crunch of coffee bean. Wow this one packs quite the punch for you dark chocolate and coffee lovers.
Mulled Apple Cider Caramel
We have taken our lovely liquid caramel and added mulled apple cider and the effect is quite delightful. With its powerful apple flavor and delicate spiced finish this is one that cannot be missed.

All of our hand-crafted items are created seasonally using single origin chocolate from France, combined with fresh locally made/grown ingredients and as always, we utilize old-world traditional chocolatiering techniques. Our mission is to bring a new and refined art of chocolatiering to Portland while using only the finest ingredients available. None of our products contain artificial ingredients or preservatives.
